Born and raised in California, Thad first became interested in architectural design as a licensed builder. He admires the relaxed style of coastal homes that truly have a “lived in” feel and connect to the outdoor spaces. His passion for quality finishes, space planning, lighting and well executed installs allow homes to get better with age. He loves the creativity and problem solving required for all renovations and enjoys making homes work for the owners lifestyle.
