Building a home is hard enough without being dragged into countless design decisions or being delayed by lack of decision making.  Spending time as a GC myself  has given me an understanding of how valuable organized decision making and purchasing is to keep the project on schedule. I know which decisions need to be made first and when materials need to be onsite to keep the project going. 

Often clients will ask their builder how much the finishes will cost without the proper education of just how many options and price points there are to choose from. We can help set realistic allowances to keep things on budget and provide sample finishes for the best informed approvals. 

Our mission is to make your job easier and your client happy so that you want to work with us on all of your projects. 

How it works:

You refer your clients to The Finish Studio, we will schedule an in-studio appointment where we can show your clients

with this next design phase and continue to bring professionalism, creativity  and experience to their project.   (builders welcome to this meeting)

Ultimately we are both working for the homeowner, but we want to make sure that you (the builder) is comfortable with the quality of finishes selected and their ability to be installed properly.
